Messed with my sleep

I'm sure these vitamins are helpful in many regards, but my sleep started being disturbed (woke up many times throughout the night) when I was on these vitamins and when I was off, my sleep slowly went back to normal. I experimented with this a few times and definitely determined these vitamins were to blame, even when I had them in the morning.
