Very disappointed!

This coffee table is very stylish and was exactly the style that I was looking for. I wanted an item that would soften the angles of my large sectional sofa and this round coffee table seemed perfect. Unfortunately it came in SO many pieces, even the drawers had to be put together, each drawer came in 6 pcs. The difficulty is that the pre drilled holes and all of the hardware did not match up, leaving me with the 2 drawers unusable, not able to open or close them. I chose not to return because of how heavy the item is and the cost to ship it back. I am very disappointed with the quality. I have been shopping at Macy’s for my entire adult life and have never been displeased with the merchandise until now.

Poor Quality

I thought this looked great online, but it arrived damaged. I didn’t take the whole thing out, but from what I saw and felt, it seemed like really poor quality. The finish looked cheap, and I have a feeling moisture marks would show up quickly.

Don’t restock damaged returned items

This is a nice looking table, nice price but this table was return and not checked for damage.. it had a crack in the side and the drawer won’t close all the way. I am disappointed that there isn’t more concern for consumers to get properly working items from a reputable site like Macys. Macys your vendor let you down. I don’t recommend this vendor.
