Great first time - second time and on is useless

Update to this review; After just a few uses this pan started to cling to food like none I’ve ever had. Can’t say I’ve ever really burnt eggs, but that’s the horrible smell I started getting while cooking them a few weeks ago and then again today. Had the heat on 3-4 for original issue, today was super cautious and kept it on 2, only to find it wasn’t cooking the eggs at all. Turned up to 3-4 and get what the pictures show. Both burning and sticking - and yet still not cooking. Last time it took me hours to clean off the mess and the. Clearly had damaged some of the non-stick. This time it’s just going in the trash. Below is my first use and impression; now updated above: Right up with there with the name brands, very impressed for a great value. - truly NON stick - stuff just slides around in here just like the commercials - heats FAST and stays hot (be careful with this not to overcook or cook too hot with being used to older pans) - cleans easily with a quick wipe in soapy water or in dishwasher - heavy duty, but not so heavy it’s cast iron - pretty standard weight but definitely feels more solid - so far no scratches or damage, but I am being cautious and not cutting in it 😬 silicone only! Overall seems like a really high quality product and a great value. Happy! Will see how long it lasts and then buy myself a set if it’s a good length.

Weak coating

I assumed this was carbon steel given the name. It is cheap enamel.
