worst steamer poorly designed

Poorly designed. The setting indicator lights are in the wrong place (where the steam is released - you have to look sideways at the steam to see if you you're on 1 - 5 setting). Not only is the handle held steamer too heavy, it doesn't remove wrinkles even on the highest setting and 10 passes over the fabric. And water container too small. You'll have to refill the water container twice for each shirt. Don't waste your $$$!!! It was on sale for a reason, ugh!

Does not last

Worked great the first 2 years, then after a few minutes of use when hot the side would crack and steam and water would leak out and burn hand. Extremely frustrating considering this one supposedly has some of the best consumer reviews. It's useless at this point.

Outstanding steamer

I can't believe I've lived so long without a steamer. This was my first one and I love it. It works beautifully. I like the different temperature settings for the steam.

Initial hiccup but steamer works very well

The new unit right out of the box would not produce any steam initially despite filling reservoir and following instructions . I watched a youtube video about it and learned how to prime the unit with water . Once primed, it works perfectly well , produces lots of steam and does a great job of removing wrinkles from clothing. Large size steam head also covers more area and gets the job done quicker. Overall , very satisfied.

Disappointed – Not What I Expected

I was really excited to start using my Conair Turbo Steam and Press, especially after reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I followed the directions carefully, and at first, the steam function worked as expected. But less than three minutes later, it suddenly stopped working and began making a loud, concerning noise. I’m extremely disappointed, especially since I had high hopes for this product. It’s frustrating to spend money on something that doesn’t deliver even out of the box. I’ll be returning it ASAP.
