Oval Corning ware baking dish

I have ordered it twice and keep receiving it shattered. Kathleen at the Lakewood Macys has been amazing in helping me resolve the issue. I don’t know why you can’t ship it in a shatter proof box. Yesterday’s order is the third time. Maybe that will be the charm. Please share with your employees to learn how to pack and ship bakeware so it isn’t shattered upon receipt by the customer.
