worst customer experience

Ordered the item on 25th July, was delivered in September and returned in September and until now I still haven’t received a refund!

Happy with my Purchase!

This mattress felt a little firm the first few days but after sleeping on it for a week, it has fully expanded (from being in the box). I love this mattress. It's firm for sure but with the perfect amount of cushion thanks to the eurotop. It feels and looks like a very expensive mattress. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I wouldn't buy this one ever again.

I had the worst night on this mattress, it's very hard (which I wanted) but lumpy at the same time. It's like sleeping on an old old old mattress. Would not recommend this particular item. On the other hand, Dani at Macy's customer service is absolutely amazing and she helped me with my complaint. I can't say enough great things about her!

The mattress has default

The mattress has default I wake with lower pain I Keep Waking Up During the Night and tossing and turning around with pain we bought in June 2021.

Hmmmmm.

I don't think this bed is very firm. It is very soft. It does not appear to be well made and I hope it lasts a while. Some of the stitching is off. If I had unbundled sooner I would have returned it. Not what I expected from Macy's. Soooo disappointed! Although I got it on sale, it still isn't worth what I paid. SMH!

Like sleeping on a firm cloud!

My new mattress finally arrived and I couldn't be happier! I had tried a similar mattress of a different brand and when I came across this one, I was hesitant to purchase due to the lack of reviews. This mattress delivers comfort as promised and after just one night's sleep, I know I will sleep comfortably (without back pain) for years to come. You can't get anything better for the price. Highly recommend!
