I elevated my meals!

So I got this electric pressure cooker from my mom who swears by hers but I was a little skeptical, cause you know, moms - butI do have to say since owning this cooker my cooking has been elevated that much more! It’s so easy! And my traditional stove top soups that I love to make I now only make in my Cuckoo pressue cooker! I don’t know what it does to the meat in my soups but now they fall off the bone. And it’s nice because I don’t have to release the pressure because it automatically does it and the cooking time is cut in half! I’m not one the boast, but you’re missing out if you don’t own one of these!

Great Cooker!

I would definitely recommend this product. For some very different reasons than most... I'll get to that later. The unit is sleek, and very well designed. Packed with many safety features. cuckoo is a very respected brand in Korea. With about 50 years experience. They make some of the best rice cookers on the market. I am a blind individual. The Cuckoo multi -cooker has voice guidance. This allows full accessibility in using this cooker. The only fully accessible multi - cooker on the market. That alone has my gratitude. The most impressive feature is the automatic pressure. You don't have to set pressure on this unit. It does it all itself... Along with telling you when pressure has engaged, or released. It tells you when cooking is finished and safe to open. The functionality is slightly different to the way the IP works, but very easy to use the same recipes. The design and detail was worth a little extra money. This opens many avenues for the blind cook.

A Must Have In The Kitchen

This has been a total lifesaver in the kitchen. It is the most used for cooking our meals. In fact it competes with when I need to cook rice. So, I'm thinking of purchasing the Cuckoo Micom 6 cup rice cooker so that this one is free to cook meals.

It made the best tasting rice ever and I made a pork roast with potatoes and carrots it also came out very tasty. Love it!

Great product

I haven’t gotten to use all of its bells and whistles yet. The rice setting is very tricky. I’ve made rice in it about a dozen times and I still don’t like how it comes out. I did not know I would have to trial and error just for rice. Right now, for normal Japanese rice I have had to manually set it for 21 minutes. I think I’ll go a little lower. If you follow default setting it will pulverize you grains and it’s very mushy. That’s why it gets four stars.

Mushy Rice

I bought this specifically for cooking rice. I figured paying for a high end brand would be worth it. Well, I was wrong. I've made rice with this about 10 times, and every time it comes out mushy. I've tried different types of rice, different ratios of water, etc. and I'm always disappointed. It's also super bulky and hard to store/ keep out because it takes up so much space.
