Darkness knob is very loose, which makes it hard to adjust. After using toaster daily for two weeks, it still has a hot smell of plastic or hot wires. I don’t know that I feel like it’s safe to keep.

Average Toaster

A real average toaster. I expected more. It doesn't toast both sides of a bread slice evenly. Wouldn't probably buy again. It does toast well enough I didn't return it.

Works fine for the two of us. No frills makes it fast and easy to operate. Just for toast and waffles.

I have had this several weeks and so far not impressed. The dial does not stay in position and the toast come out differently each time

Bought as Replacement for Cuisinart Toaster

We bought this to replace an existing Cusinart toaster which lasted over 10 years. We love the style! Couldn't help but notice that it wasn't quite as heavy or exactly the same size as our older model.

I bought this one month ago and I’m afraid it’s not as substantial as I had hoped.

Toasts great

My parents had a Cuisinart toaster that consistently toasted perfectly so we bought this one. Toasts perfectly each time. 4 stars because the heat control knob is very floppy.
