So Far So Good

I have had this toaster for 2 weeks and so far so good. It smells like burning metal, the few times I've have used it. I have used it a total of 3 times so far. I am going to try to use it for a week straight to see if the smell continues. If so, I will be returning it or exchanging it.

Disappointed

We are way over due for a new toaster cause our Hamilton is almost 9yrs old.. Did some research and ended up with this 4 slice toaster. Right out of the box we used it right away and it worked fine but keeping the toaster level down we had a bit of trouble but figured user error, after a few attempts it stayed down. Next day it was the same issue and when you finally was able to keep the lever down however during the toasting the lever slowly raises the toast and pops back up after about a minute. Decided to return it. Good thing we didn’t throw away our old toaster.

Not up to Cuisinart usual standards

I've been a happy Cuisinart customer for a long time, this toaster really disappoints! Does not toast evenly, one side black, other side white....

Actually toasts pretty evenly

I’ve tried a lot of toasters so far like this one the best don’t have to put the toast down more than once like the bagel feature

Works great

We like our 4 slice toaster a lot. It's very handy for breakfast when we have family over. Have never had any trouble out of it at all.

Buzzing noise

I recently bought one of these and noticed it had an electrical sounding buzz or hum constantly when plugged in. It got louder when toast was being made. I returned it thinking it was just a fluke. The second one did the same thing. I returned that one also.
