Great Toaster!

This toaster looks great in kitchen with other stainless steel appliances (such as mine). I love the double digital faces and I get perfectly toasted bread every time.

annoying beeper!

The beeper is not mentioned anywhere in the manual, or on the box...and apparently cannot be silenced. As it will wake the dead this one is going straight back to the store.

NOISE

Brang it back to the store, this thing beeps loud when the toast are ready. It was not mentioned on the box. What a stupid feature...

Stupid beeper

I bought this toaster and it was expensive. No where on the box does it mention a beeper. You can't disable it. When someone makes toast early in the morning or as a snack in the middle of the night it wakes everyone up in the house. I end up by waiting until it is just about done then I quickly unplug it. I am ready to drive over the stupid thing. Do not buy it if you like your peace and quiet in the morning.

2nd toasting not the same as 1st one

Just bought this toaster - 1st toasting at setting #4 was perfect. Immediately toasted a 2nd batch using the same setting and toast was white. While this is a bit of an issue overall am happy with everything else. Would appreciate your feedback. Thank you.

we have toasted about 1/2 loaf of whole wheat bread in this toaster at #5 setting one side almost burnt the other barely toasted it's the same when I toast gluten free toast but lighter at #9 WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY..
