Great for small servings!
The Mini-Prep blender is perfect for preparing single serving recipes. I use mine almost daily! It’s sturdy, works great, cleans up easily and takes very little room to store. I love mine!

Exactly what I was looking for
I’ve been needing a small food processor for a while. Some recipes just don’t work well in a blender! I wanted something that would make it easier to scoop out my guacamole or similar foods. This Cuisinart works exactly as I hoped it would. It’s very sturdy and easy to use. Just chop or grind… who needs more options? The finished product is easy to scoop out of the shallow bowl. And it comes apart so easily for cleaning! I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but I sure hope it works this well for a long time. It’s perfect for me.

Great little processor!
This little processor is great! I've used the Mini-Prep for chopping ingredients for tuna or chicken salad, chopping veggies for chili, chopping cheese, nuts for a pie crust, making hummus / baba ganouj, salsa, pesto, purees, sauces, etc. It can handle anything I choose to process. Looks like I just wore out the first one I used. This is my 2nd Mini-Prep, because the 1st one I had for 9 years finally bit the dust. The blades would spin great when it was empty, but if you put in any food (resistance), --regardless of size--the motor would spin, but not the blade spindle--even a new one; ... so, I now have replacement parts if I should ever need them. Getting such good use for so long from the 1st one I bought, I decided to get another one.
