Beautiful Leather Sofas - questionable ergonomics

I purchased the 2 & 3 piece set back in 12/23. Macy’s furniture store in Pleasanton did not have this model on the showroom floor I loved the way it looked in Navy so I purchased it because the salesman told us we could return it within 3 days. After delivery I noticed damage to the end unit. The end unit did not open and close fully. Upon further inspection I noticed one of the legs were broken. I called Macy’s and it was promptly replaced. Second problem these sofas sit very low so my wife had difficult getting in and out of the sofa. I ordered 2” high pads and that solved that problem. This is a very natural sitting height for me. Third problem. My wife and I started noticing tailbone pain. I never had this problem with our LazyBoy recliner and couches. When I sit on my LazyBoy recliner now I noticed my weight is on my buttocks and backrest like it should be. Be aware that if you ever had lower back pain to steer clear of these. Cheers !

Power sectional satisfied customer

The power sectional is as advertised and we are totally enjoying it. Only downside has been the leather odor which is strong since it is newly made. Color is a deep navy, can look gray in some lighting. And the power buttons all work well, including for head pillows. One note - my feet hangover when recliner is fully extended, I'm about 5'3"...

Don’t think twice. Buy them!

I love my sofas! I bought them to be able to have my big family all together in a comfortable space. These did the job. They are so beautiful and of excellent quality. Italian Leather. We were able to go to the store to try them out. The are not bulky and have a small profile for a sectional. My livingroom is small but these fit perfect. I highly recommend.

enjoyable leather sectiuonal

Very comfortable, great details, a magnificent sectional that makes my living room. It is a very enjoyable seating area with a fantastic real leather.
