My new favorite!

I love this crossbody. I got tons of compliments on it, and it is quite stylish. But, the important part is that it holds the must have items while traveling (phone, ID, cash/cards, and I was able to add lipstick and reading glasses). It is lightweight, durable, and is my new must-have for leaving the house.

Strap broke within weeks

I bought this to match my Delsey luggage set and carried it on two brief trips and while in Mexico last week, using it once a day at dinner, the entire strap attachment ripped clean off the purse - I collect purses and I am VERY careful and have many that are decades old without anything like this happening. I love Delsey and have a ton of their suitcases, backpacks, etc, but this purse is extremely poorly made, esp. for the price.

SMDH, Only lasted two wears

I wore this bag once and immediately noticed that the loop where the cross-body strap attaches began to rip. I’m really disappointed, as I expected better quality. I’m torn between exchanging it or returning it. While the bag is beautiful and has plenty of compartments, the strap holder definitely needs to be more durable.

Lasted less than 2 days

I bought this for a vacation to match my backpack and carryon luggage. I was walking down the street on day 2 of of our trip and it literally fell off me onto the ground. The shoulder strap came apart from the bag itself. I spent the rest of my trip without a handbag which was very frustrating. The good news is the gal working at Macy's was very pleasant and returning it for my money back when I got home was painless, other than needing to make a trip to the mall...

Clutch for travel

Surprisingly spacious. I love that you have the option to use as a clutch or cross body. Some people mention having to fully unzip to access items but there is fabric that ensures nothing falls out when you unzip. The RFID pouch is also a nice touch. I'm so glad I got this.

Sharp look

I bought the brown crossbody Chatelet several months ago. It's Easy to use at airport with a tote bag to carry more things, like a sweater, etc.
