so disappointed

I had been waiting so very long to be able to afford a nice pair of earrings with a screw back so I don't have to worry about losing them, and just wear them all the time. I recieved them on Tuesday, the teeny tiny screw on back is already lost, Saturday. At least the earing didn't get lost but I'm so disapointed the only reason I bought them is already gone. How do I get a new one? so upset.
