DO NOT BUY ANY JEWELRY FROM MACYS

My husband purchased this for a Mother's Day gift. In less than a week and only wearing ONCE - a stone fell out. He does not remember being offered the protection plan however he signed something electronically that shows he declined it. The Macys manager was completely obnoxious in any help. She kept repeating the policies and that my husband signed declining. I cannot believe you spend your hard earned money on fine jewelry and then getting treated this way for what one can only call POOR QUALITY JEWELRY. I came in looking for a solution and she laughed at me with NO OPTION OF HELP - less than 10 days!!!!!!!!!!!. Beyond upset with Macys and will never purchase jewelry here again.

Lost Diamond in two weeks!!

I received this bracelet for Christmas and I had noticed a little over two weeks later there was a diamond missing. Not sure when I lost it. Glad I bought the protection plan for the three years!! Too bad it wasn’t for longer.

The worst bracelet I have ever purchased!

Regrettably, I actually have two of this bracelet. One in yellow and the other one in white gold. This bracelet is poorly made as it has had to have the stones replaced many times. Sadly, I did not get the worry free plan with Macys and soon I will have spent the price of the whole bracelet just replacing stones. Save yourself from a huge headache and DO NOT BUY THIS BRACELET!!!
