Warning!! be careful with orders placed online.

I bought a watch online to be picked up in-store. I never got a tracking number but just an email stating that my order had been picked up,I was hoping that it was a mistake. The manager did not wanted to disclose any details and pretty much told me there was absolutely nothing she could do unless if police department would investigate. When I asked about the process on picking up an item, she stated anyone could pick it up with no proof of identification and that sometimes they will ask for a pick up barcode, this let me to believe that this job was made internally. So please be careful where you buy from. I am more concerned for the process Macys has and on how easy our identity can be exposed as well as the company integrity as a whole. You can’t lead by example if you lack of integrity and put the guest/buyer in jeopardy of being hacked by not implementing better practices with their procedures to keep the costumer satisfied and safe. I will never buy from this company again
