Very Difficult!

My husband has ordered these pants before, but this time they were too long. So, we went to the Macy's near us and returned them, then ordered the shorter length he needs, because they didn't have his size in stock. The replacement pair was delivered by UPS. Unfortunately, the 2nd pair arrived with the security label still on it! So now we have to take it back to the store again! Not helpful, and we're not happy.
