comfort lacking

Nice looking shoe but not as comfortable as I hoped was trying to match an older pair of Dr Scholls loafers that is so comfortable that I love. I may try an innersoie to see if that helps otherwise will probably donate since they were non-returnable. Guess I missed that when I ordered.

Size is NOT accurate

I loved the look of the shoe, but the sizing is inaccurate. I have multiple pairs of DS shoes, so I chose my usual size. They do not fit as they are much smaller than a typical 9.5. Now, I am stuck with 2 pair of these shoes and cannot exchange for a larger size. I can’t find info to reach out to a customer rep for help. Very disappointed!

Very Cheap Quality

Unfortunately I had to return the shoes, I love Dr. Scholl’s shoes, but the shoes I bought have no support and they look and feel very poorly made.
