I was so wrong

When I opened the box, I was sure I had made a mistake in buying these shoes. They weren't BRIGHT red and they looked weird. I was going to return them, but I tried them on and it was heaven! So comfortable, I have a wide foot and for the first time my toes weren't being squished. Buy these shoes!

Faded Red Very Disappointing

I was excited to receive my Red Time Off Sneaker but was very disappointed when I opened the box. The reality of the bright “red” shoe from the website is an extremely faded red - not even close to the vibrancy in the photo! Clearly, the color was brightened for the photo and is very misleading. I put them on just to see if the fit works and it does. They are super comfortable, too. This was my first order from the company and I’m very disappointed to be so misled.

Ripped from the surface after light usage

i bought them and i loved them, i thought i found my forever casual shoes that doesnt give blisters when i walk. Unfortunately after a light wear of couple of weeks, the surface started ripped apart !! i honestly couldn’t believe it, something like this would happened that fast. I contacted the company and informed thst and like other reviewer above, i was told to send them back and they would inspect whether it was “defective” and they will proceed accordingly. What about using cheap product?? Of course, for my opinion, it doesn’t worth to money and hassle. The unfortunate thing is i bought one for my boyfriend in the meantime and he just started to wear and i am so embarrassed that it will fall apart soon. I am very dissappointed.
