It is like a dream come true
I was very surprised upon receiving this mattress. It comes in a tall box rolled up like a carpet. I did not believe a mattress was really packed inside. I will warn you that the box and mattress are very heavy. I had to carry it up 2 flights of stairs but the rolled packaging made it so easy to do so. I will warn you again..do not open the packing until you have the mattress where you want to keep it. Once you cut the wrapping it pops into the most comfy plush mattress that cools you while you sleep. This mattress is incredible. It is so comfortable, well made and I just love the cooling effect.

Extremely comfortable
This mattress is in my guest room on a wood framed daybed. I intended to put a topper on the bed to make the mattress a little thicker but realized there was absolutely no need for it. This is a very, very comfortable mattress. Its the first gel foam mattress I've owned and it definitely won't be the last. I found it to remain very cool and comfortable and definitely has all the support I needed.

Great surprise!
Although the box it arrives in is a bit hard to handle. But a medium dolly helped. Finally got the mattress to the bedroom. The mattress inside the box is wrapped in very thick plastic. The mattress arrived in perfect condition. When I opened the plastic, the mattress started to unfold and grow. I left it for a day I or two to get fully developed. This mattress is absolutely comfortable! I am amazed. I got the king size and you would think that you would sink in the mattress due to the size, but that did not happen. The mattress is very very comfortable. Did not roll to the middle to the middle and it is easy to adjust yourself while laying on it. Zip off cover makes it very practical. I got the king and because of the size is a bit hard to manage but that is a small trade off for the wonderful comfort! Anxious for summer to come to experience the cooling effect. But with the furnace on and blankets, the mattress is great. Give this mattress a try, you will not regret it!!!!

Bed in a box, give it a try!
This mattress is really wonderful. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, as I have never before purchased a Dusk & Dawn product. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly this mattress shipped, how nicely it was packaged and how comfortable it is! This is my first mattress in a box, and after feeling how great this mattress feels, it certainly won’t be the last! For reference, I ordered the Queen size and it feels firm, yet comfortable, which says a lot with my back issues.

Great mattress
So far, this mattress is great. It’s comfy, firm, easy to move. It came in a big box. It was easy to get out and we let it sit for two days. After that, it was ready to use. I was uncertain of a mattress in a box, but I am very pleased and have been sleeping great!

Great quality
I like this mattress because its firm and helps me sleep well. 10” width is really good. I dont get sink in it and its a plus for my back pain. I recommend this mattress if you have back pain and looking for a firm mattress

Comfortable, Cool but Soft
Came boxed up , easy to unpack and setup. The bed is very comfortable and cool with the gel top but it is a bit on the soft side. Much better than a traditional mattress and will be enjoyed for years.
