This comforter is wonderful! But beware, it is very thick and bulky. I love the look on my bed. It is very, very, warm, and heavy. It looks good with any style bedroom furniture, or color.

Stiff flannel feeling

The check looks nice (more black than grey) but disappointed with the flannel quality. Not very soft as new flannel bedding should be.

Keeps me toasty & comfy in autumn

I've decided to buy a flannel cover for this season for the first time to see if it could improve my sleep. Using regular bedding in colder seasons has me waking up in the middle of the night. I'm happy with this purchase. I'm picky with the graphics/design and it's been hard to find flannel bedding that fit my taste which is more on the minimalist side. This one had the cutest & aka: "cleanest" look so I decided to try it. I'm pleasantly surprised and love how warm it keeps me and how it fits perfectly with my new Hotel Collection goose down comforter. Sleeping heavenly this autumn and hopefully in the winter too! It's a breeze to get the bed done in the morning. Side internal ties are great. Washes well, looks relatively the same as before washed. I wish more designers made minimalistic looking flannel sheets and covers. Why does it always have to be utterly holiday-season-related with Xmas trees, bears and snow flakes? Get creative! Dark colors and cooler modern motifs, please!
