Beautiful necklace but poor workmanship

The necklace was beautiful. Unfortunately, after wearing it twice, one of the gemstones fell out of the bevel setting. I contacted Macy's for a replacement and was told that because I was 8 days outside the return window, they would not be able to support the manufacturing defects of their product.

Beautiful necklace

Love this piece, it's just a bit more delicate than I imagined it would be. Very light weight but pretty and goes with any pair of earrings. I wear it a lot, mostly with my everyday clothes but can also dress it up. If you can get it on sale, then it's worth it. Keep looking, as every few moths its on sale for a really good price.

Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service

I bought this necklace not more than two months ago and one of the gemstones fell out. According to Macy’s fine jewelry customer service, I only have thirty days to return and the return time begins from the date of purchase online and not the day I received the item in mail. That’s not a customer valued policy. I have several pieces of jewelry and this is the first time I’ve had a stone fall out. I don’t believe this is a quality piece.

Perfect for everyday wear - it's shiny and real.

I Love this necklace and it took me a long time to purchase. It IS dainty (small) but the gold is very shiny and so are the stones. I like it if I get compliments and I have. It goes great with t-shirts and jeans. Not good for dressy, more for casual wear. It shines and it look expensive.
