Worse k cup coffee maker ever
Not even 2 months old and when I used it made a loud noise and explosion occur water came out all over disgusted with your customer service for help won't return it for a refund and give me wrong numbers for any contacts on this item Not fair for me to loose out on my payment and macys sells a product like this and not honor there customer a refund product is worthless to me and thankfully I was not injured there is a year warranty on it and no one to help me its a shame
Decent for the price
This coffee maker is okay, if not a bit cheap. I love how you can adjust the tray to fit different sized cups, but I wish that it was made out of more sturdy material.

Love this Gourmet Coffee Maker!
Perfect K-Cup Brewer! Skip the pot and use this for a quick coffee! This compact design is perfect for the limited space I have in my small apartment. Cleanup is a breeze!

Works for me
I was really excited to get this product as i do not have a coffee maker at home. It is easy to use and I would recommend it to others. I really like that it is sleek and does not take up as much space as other machines do.

Broken in the first month.
The Elite Gourmet coffee maker was great in the beginning. I could use store bought pods and the refillable basket it comes with. I used this quite often. This was a great addition to my every day life. Around the three week mark, I noticed a strange sound, then there was nothing. No water would come out, however, steam and pressure would build up and come out. I tried everything I thought to do, unplug it, take everything apart, check everything, give it time to rest, plug it back in. Still the same scenario. It was a nice run while it lasted.. I would not recommend this product as it broke three weeks in.

The 2-in-1 Coffee Maker is one of my favorite products by Elite Gourmet! This coffee maker is so easy and convenient to use I am obsessed! I definitely recommend this over other coffee makers because it is more affordable and works just the same!

Nice size coffee maker
I like the size of the coffee maker! However I’ve washed the pieces multiple times and I can taste and smell plastic. I tried it with both the k-cups and ground coffee.

Sleek.design
This product is easy to use. I love that it allows you to select different size cups. It also comes with a scoop and filter cup which is awesome. The design is sleek and doesnt take up a lot of counter space which I love. It is also easy to clean which is great.
