Poor quality

Ordered suitcases for my trip, when I got to my destination the medium suitcase cracked , the large suitcase the wheel is broken

Very unsatisfy about this luggage set

Worse luggage set I had buy. Everything I get at Macy’s is being super nice but this set was not, the locks don’t work and came apart just on my way to the airport and the minute we put it in the trolley the side handle of the big one came off. Very cheaply made and very unsatisfying experience with this experience set.

the large suitcase lock is defective, cannot close. i looked at this morning to use. i am travelling today so i cannot return it.

NEGATIVE STARS

If I could give it negative stars, I would. Please do not buy this item. I used it twice and the lock fell off and the big suitcase wheel cracked.

Do not buy

Worse suitcase ever. Bought it for my daughter’s honeymoon and the bottom cracked on the first trip. They had to duct tape it to come home.

The worst!

I never write reviews but felt compelled to after my experience. If I could give this zero stars, I would. We received this set of luggage as a gift from our wedding registry. They seemed like mediocre quality when we got them, however, after just one use they were completely destroyed. Two of the wheels on the large suitcase broke, and the entire bottom of the suitcase cracked. It was completely unusable! Thankfully Macy's was wonderful about returning our 'defective' product. Although, I don't believe it to be so much defective as it is poor quality. Do not purchase.
