Weird Consistency

I've used this cream before, and really like it. This jar, though has an odd consistency. It's a little solid- almost like a cottage cheese consistency, though it emulsifies fine and smells good. I'm not loving whatever is going on with this formula.

Bad customer service

I have ordered this online to pick it up at the Macy’s store in SUGARLAND went and pick it up came home and the item was use halfway use it was the tester so disappointed I lost 20 minutes to go and 20 minutes coming back twice to go pick it up and then go and return it

A bit clumpy

Cream is moisturizing and lasts. Only when taken out of jar its clumpy have to rub it together in my hand before applying once its on your skin it melts and goes on nicely. Light fragrance.
