Bought four and all are good

Came sealed and when opened....bam...it expanded to size as shown. Soft and I purchased four. I would recommend. Very nice.

Accommodating customer service

I can't say enough a bout how happy I am with their customer service. First the item never arrived and the second time it arrived damaged but each time Lynda from their customer service team took care of the problem right away. Eventually I received the pillow and I am very happy.

Glad I purchased these..

I read all the reviews and almost didn't purchase due to some bad reviews. I will say these pillows are exactly what they advertised and so far they are perfect for me.

Did not like this at all

I like a softer pillow. This was not very comfortable. I ended up putting this in the guest bedroom.
