Upgraded Version to an Incredible Espresso Machine
We obtained the Espressione Concierge ELITE in Infinite Black, as we own three of the original Espressione Concierge machines. They are absolutely fabulous and we have been using them trouble free for several years. That unit was rated The Best Super Automatic Espresso Machine by Epicurious. The new ELITE models have extra features which include: RISTRETTO setting which gives you a true Italian ristretto at only 15ml; a larger 400 gram Coffee Bean container; Powerful 20 Bar Pressure Technology and fast thermoblock and a programmable automatic shut-off. The machine pulls a great shot, each and every time. Sophisticated cobalt blue light while brewing coffee or extracting hot water. Plus the all matte black finish reminds us of our SUV which is completely black from roof to wheels, with no chrome. We HIGHLY recommend this item as a top quality, reliable, elegant addition to any kitchen, office, bar or work station.

Easy and delicious
This machine is great. I love coffee but don't have a lot of experience with espresso machines at home so this was great for a newbie like me. I feel like the whole experience, from unboxing to initial set up was designed so that it's easy and intuitive for the user. It fits great in my tiny kitchen, it heats up quickly in the morning, and it consistently pulls a tasty shot with crema every time. I wanted to include photos, but for some reason the website isn't allowing it. Believe me when I say it's stylish and pulls a great shot. Really makes my morning coffee so much better!

Unlike any other out there!
After trying several machines in the past and researching about several others now, I did not find a single one that can offer what this one. I love the fact that it makes an actual hot espresso, as we’ve had some machines in the past that would end up making cold or warm espressos. The automatic cleaning function is also amazing, it makes cleaning and maintaining this machine extremely simple!

love this machine!
This machine is wonderful! It is such a great addition to my kitchen and my morning routine. I love how simple it is to make a delicious coffee. The espresso shots have a thick creama and are delicious all on there own. I also love how easy it is to make a lattee with the steam wand, it works great even on alternative milks! I love the compact sleek design of this machine, it does not take up too much counter space and it's impressive all the features that it has. Truly love this machine and find myself coming back to it a few times a day!

Online order
I ordered online but shipment wasn’t tracking. Called customer support and they also were not very helpful. Week after shipment arrived received email that item on back order and than another email that item shipped, not sure if second item was shipped as I am not home.

Nice, compact design that provides good espresso
I bought the Espressione for my daughter, based on reviews from coffee aficionado websites plus the fact that it is a compact design. She 's been using it and says that she loves it! She praised it for self-cleaning mode to remove the coffee grinds static-clung in the path from the hopper to the brewing head. The only complaints are that the milk steaming temperature is a little low, so she has to steam the milk twice, plus my observation that the pivots for the water reservoir swing-handle are a flimsy design and likely will break-off at some point in time.
