Delicious
A lovely moisturiser, creamy and fresh, clean scent. My skin is dry and easily upset, this moisturiser soothes the blotchiness, redness and tightness. I also suffer from occasional rosacea but not when using DayWear Plus. Might seem pricey but it lasts ages and feels so nice to start my day with a little luxury and pampering. What's not to love!

A very smart purchase!
I've been using this product for about two years now and it is a staple item for my skin care. It goes on really smoothe and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy, so it's really great to wear under makeup. I have noticed that this also calms my break outs and makes my skin look and feel really soft. It has a very light calming fragrance that smells like cucumber. I really recommend this for anyone who wants healthier skin!
Maybe the best!!
I have mature skin and was looking for something that would smell good when applied and absorb quickly. This product does the job. Winters in the Midwest are brutal and my face now fells very hydrated. Good to have SPF as well. I would highly recommend this creme.

DayWear
I have used DayWear for years and loved it! I've tried other daytime moisturizers, but always go back to this one. It's the best under my makeup. The last jar I bought had a strange smell (seemed musty to me). Called and was told that no one else had reported this problem, so I took it back to the store to get a replacement. Sadly the next one was the same. The wonderful cucumber smell that I have always loved was diminished, and it again had that unusual smell. Not so noticeable in the jar, but when I put it on - particularly near my nose - it was really distracting. The Estee Lauder rep at the counter told me that they have changed the formulation, adding things that are better for our skin. I admit to having a pretty sensitive sense of smell, so this might not be an issue for anyone else. I'll be interested to know what other long time users think.

I have been a faithful consumer of Estee Lauder products for approx 30 years. First used DayWear when it was introduced in the free gift set. I was hooked from the 1st scent and have used it daily ever since, probably 15+ years. But...I must say I am very disappointed with the NEW DayWear formula. I have tried other products off and on through the years but have always come back to my favorite DayWear, nothing else USED to compare. The new formula does NOT have the same scent or smooth feel. It no longer has the wonderful light cucumber secnt and I feel I am useing more product because it does not glide on nor does it have the smooth feel AND....my face feels dryer. I am not sure the benefit of the added anti-oxidents are worth the change in scent and feel of the product. Disappointed in EL.

Bring Back the Old Formula!!
I have used Estee Lauder's DayWear Plus for nearly 10 years. I love the way it feels on my face and I love the fresh cucumber scent. I always enjoyed my morning routine, because putting on DayWearPlus always felt so good. The scent was calming and wonderful! However, I just opened my new jar of DayWear and noticed it no longer said "DayWearPlus." I didn't think much of it, but then I noticed a very different smell when I put it on my face. It smelled musty and rotten. I am extremely disappointed in this change. Obviously, the quality of my moisturizer is my number one priority; however, the scent of that moisturizer is just as important to me. I'm very sensitive to smell, and the original DayWearPlus had it all (quality and a perfectly mild scent). Estee Lauder: Bring back the original formula - the one that we expect!
Not Happy!
I agree with the other reviews. I to have been using the Daywear for about 1 year and really liked it. Loved the smell. I am 46 with sensitive skin and the original formula worked great - no irritation. I don't care for the smell of the new formula. There's isn't that wonderful cucumber scent we all loved and the feel is different. It took me a long time to find a cream I really enjoyed using. I guess I need to resume my search. Please EL, bring back to original formula. Sometimes new isn't always better!
