Left my infant injured!

I bought this gate a month ago and it was working fine. It's not the sturdiest but it did the trick of keeping my 11 month old out of the kitchen. Today, I realized the wood was cracked on the right hand bar but before I could reach my son, he stood up against it and the entire gate collapsed, leaving him to fall on his head. He is okay but did get a mark on his head. I'm hoping for a replacement, if not, I will junk this one and go for a more expensive steel gate.

Great Gate

We bought this for our grandchildren. We liked this one because you could open it and walk through instead of climbing over or taking it out each time. It lasted through two grandchildren and is being passed on.

Annoying

Seriously frustrated... It is hard enough trying to install baby gates with a rambunctious 13 month old but when it doesn't come with hardware OR instructions that just makes it all the worse. Total pain and not 'easy to install' as advertised

Looked like a nice gate for the price

The packaging does not indicate it's a mounted gate. Wish I'd have bought the comparable tension gate. This is more work than it's worth

Loved it!

Although, it did not come with instructions I could put it up just by looking at the photo on box. It is easy to use and I love that it swings open from either side. Great product!
