Never got my shipment

Never got my shipment. After a couple of weeks of waiting and seeing no update on tracking, I called. The Macy's rep said sorry we'll ship it right out and within 24hrs you'll see a new shipping tracker. Never received anything. 5 days after my call I when to call to cancel and noticed in my email that Macy's had cancelled my order.

I love it , it’s a must have. My husband and I love you in the door this. We wouldn’t have it any other way. We must have it as soon as possible. This is the best I’ve seen in forever. We would recommend this to everyone.
