Came in damaged, No Help

I bought this on sale, sure. But I ordered it for in store pickup and expected it as a collectible item to be at least somewhat intact. Came in with the box looking like it was stomped all over Funko inside absolutely ruined -- person at front counter told me oh well nothing I can do. Will never order product on Macy's online ever again.
