Damaged & Deeply Disappointing

Arrived damaged. Devastated because I had this necklace before and it was perfect and never tarnished. I waited months for them to restock the initial I needed to replace my girlfriend's lost necklace, only for it to arrive in awful condition. Brown marks and scratched up. And they won't replace it because it's out of stock again but they still want me to give the necklace back. I fear they'll try to sell it again even though it's damaged. Deeply unhappy, disappointed, and heartbroken. I no longer even want to deal with this but I unfortunately need to still sit here and wait for them to restock to buy a new one. An allegedly brand new item should not be damaged and worn.

Nice necklace, gold will discolor

If you're looking for a wear all day, everyday necklace even in showers, this isn't it. Had this pendant necklace on since Mar 2024. Discolored, almost looks silver as of May 2024.

Nickel in this piece.

My daughter has an allergy to nickel. Her neck broke out in a rash from this. So much for sterling silver.

temporary jewelry

Obviously if you want quality one must pay for it. I didn’t expect it to be lasting long or great quality for the amount I paid so be realistic with your expectations. I think the clasp portion could be better or improved. If you have sensitive skin to fake jewelry like i do, I learn to wear it for short periods. It was cheap, it itches my skin like it’s cheap but it’s cute it u want something to wear for a few hours.
