Bad experience!

The first bag was torn by the zipper and I took it back to exchange. I didn't see the crocodile print so I got the plain leather it was the same price so I thought would be even exchange. However, the clerk was very rude and said I need to pay $26.00 difference because it's 20 percent off today but I advise her I was not paying a difference in cost for the same bag!!! I advise her I will look again for the same bag so there was one on another rack but that experience was a big turnoff to shop with MACY'S!

The zippers are very difficult to open or close. I love the separate compartments though. I don't think I'll be keeping this due to zipper problem.
