Runs Very Small

I ordered the shoe online in my true size 8. When the shoe arrived, I struggled to try it on. When I finally got it on, oh my, I felt like my toes were balled up and my foot was being squeezed. I am a perfect 8 and order footwear online all the time. This shoe is ridiculously small, and I'm not sure if going up a half size would fit. If I have to get a size 9 then this shoe isn't worth having. Either I got a shoe that is mis-sized, or Guess didn't correctly size this design. I have 2 pair of Guess boots (size 8) that fit perfectly fine. I wear thick socks with both pair. The shoe is cute and looks like it could be comfortable if the sizing was correct.

i did not receive my package call Macy's inform the representative about not getting the sneakers she put return and deliver on my account i don't understand what's going on with these Macy's representatives whenever you call them they do whatever they want to do with your account I'm not going to pay for something i didn't receive Macy's is not the same as it used to be I'm planning on closing my account and stop shopping with Macy's
