Good griddle, knobs are garbage
Both knobs broke after awhile and the writing wore off of them quickly. Otherwise, good griddle.

Overall great purchase
This is easy to clean; took a minute to get to maximum level of heat. Surface area is fit for a small meal. I was able to perform an entore philly cheesesteak process. Cook the meat, veggies; add the toppings and grill the bun.

Great addition to our Sunday family breakfast. While I’m attending to other things in the oven and on the stove, my husband can get the pancakes ,sausage and bacon going .cleans up easily, easy to store and the dual temperature feature is perfect.Also can use flat and grill feature at the same time is you wish.

An amazing 3 in 1 griddle!!!
Just made pancakes on my new 3 in 1 griddle, they came out beautiful and tasted amazing!! Best griddle I’ve ever owned!!! Thank you Hamilton Beach!!!! Oh! I still have my Hamilton Beach iron also!! It still is awesome too!!! It’s ten years old!!!!😁😁😁

Bacon tastes so much better as it is evenly cooked
We love our new griddle! We have made steaks, hamburgers and bacon on it so far in our first month of owning it. We used to have a skillet but it never cooked the bacon very well. I cook the bacon on the grill side and it comes out perfect! Steaks and burgers also are more evenly cooked! It's easy to clean too. It took me a little practice time to remove the plates but actually it's pretty easy. The oil pan is easy to remove and you can see it between the plates when it is time to pour out the grease. It's the perfect size for us as it fits between the stove and the sink. I haven't tried scrambled eggs in it and am not sure if I will. They are so easy to cook in a small pan. Overall, we love this giddle/grill!
3-in-1 grill/griddle FUN!
First time we used the griddle to make hash browns and fried eggs! It worked super, was fun to use and very easy to clean!! Good and reasonably priced!!
