takes long to cook
Seems like it does a lot and like the size, but it takes very long to cook things. Difficult to get toasting right.

Great purchase if only contained the accessories
I ordered this for my husband because he is retired and enjoys cooking. He tends to cook for an army since we have several grandchildren. Even though it doesn't say it can toast, it can and it does it well. What we don't like about it is.... in words above AND shown in a photo on the left, "Includes removable drip tray, rotisserie skewer & lifter, 2 racks, 2 baking pans, and broiler rack." It does NOT. We asked that they just ship us what is missing, but we were told they couldn't do that. We had to wait for another one to ship to replace this "defective" oven. So we had to pack it up and wait. The new one also does NOT contain a broiler rack. You can see it in the photo on the left. It has the little "feet" to hold your roast above the drippings. It also does NOT contain TWO baking pans. Those were items that sold us on this extra large capacity oven. When you have the capacity, you need the accessories. That is why I only gave it 4 stars. It cooks very well!

DO NOT BUY after 60 DAYS WILL NOT WORK
DO NOT BUY. First it was the convection part. it lasted less than 45 days. macy's didn't assist try Hamilton Beach. then the broiler went out. the Rotisserie worked as part of the broiler aspect. SO after 4 months use it is now a Oven only. I wonder how long that part will last. THE WORST EVER. The only reason I purchased this appliance was for the convection and rotisserie. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Very happy with this oven its Great 😊 i need it To replace my older oven and i came across this gent i am so happy with my purchase . Easy to use so easy that my son who’s 11 was Able to make his 1st pizza with some adult supervision. He was able to read it the knobs clearly . The oven is quiet not noisy. It has enough space for two personal Pizzas . Or multiple bagels. Anything that can be heat on the stove oven we can use this countertop oven for . we use our oven on daily basis. My son usually likes to be more independent and likes to try to make his own meals this oven is the perfect size to start teaching him how to use the oven without risking any injuries. The oven windows are big enough you can see your creation cooking. When it comes to size is on the large size . But to our family comes out great because my niece also loves baking now she can come and bake in this awesome oven. We like cooking and experimenting I am so excited for my family to use this oven on our daily. experiments

Simplifies Cooking for Me
I enjoy the convenience of the Hamilton Beach Countertop Oven with Convection and Rotisserie. Last week I had friends and family over. I was able to place my appetizers inside this countertop oven without heating my whole house up. It was simple to use. The directions were easy to read and follow. This system has a bake, broil, convection, and rotisserie option. I simply set the temperature on the dial, choose my cooking method, and set my timer. The controls are easy to turn and are contoured to fit comfortably in my hand. When my food is finished cooking, the timer will ding to alert me. I can set this timer for up to 2 hours. I like that it also has an automatic shut-off if the oven is left on too long. I really like the convection option. This option uses the fan to circulate the heat around my food, cooking it at half the time of a normal oven, and giving it a nice crispy texture. This unit comes with everything I need to cook and bake. It comes with 2 cooking racks, a rotisserie skewer, a lifter, and a drip tray. I also like that this is a countertop model, but has the option to cook so much food. This oven can hold up to two 12-inch pizzas at the same time, or I can cook two 9 x 12 casserole dishes on the two included racks, all while sitting on my countertop. I can even bake two cakes or pies at the same time. This extra oven makes my life so simple when it comes to cooking for parties and holidays.
