Multi cooker

The instructions are easy to follow but there is a need to have recipes to follow to be able to get the full use of the cooker. After purchasing a cookbook for the multicooker, I was able to understand how to use it better. Once you understand how it works, it is very easy to use. You can saute your vegetables, simmer the sauce, and boil water for pasta all in the same cooker.

Must have addition to the Kitchen Cache!

I had heard so much about this product and was very excited to try it out for myself. With the first use was extremely impressed with the results. Simple instructions made start up a cinch. I initially worried about the results of such a short, intense cooking time. No worries! Everything I have tried has turned out perfectly from the simplest of rice , over night delay-timed oatmeal, to fancy Korean beef. Our family's busy schedule and needing to cook rice daily for an aging pet make this product a daily go to. Looking forward to more experimenting with my new kitchen favorite!

Kids love my bean soup

I made my 7 Beans soup in my new Hamilton Beach Digital Multi Cooker it was so good, the best part was it was digital very easy to use and understand even my grand daughter help me. clean up was fast and easy.

Multi cooker Model#37571

This Multi cooker is an astonishing, versatile appliance. I have used crock pots/slow cookers in the past but there are certain limitations /restrictions whereas the multi cooker has so many options and for me it is a new way to cook.. My first recipe I used was a beef vegetable soup ,I added all the ingredients and set the multi cooker to slow cook for seven hours . I did notice that the cooker had to heat up first to the desired temperature and then started the program. I liked the feature that the cooker beeps when it is done and then goes to the warm feature which can stay on for twelve hours. The soup was delicious . The next feature I used was to cook brown rice. I used the measuring cup and rinsed the rice in the basket which was provided. Although the default time for brown rice is 60 minutes, the cooker adjusted the time to 54 minutes. The steam came through the steam outlet and the rice came out nice and fluffy. There are many options to use for rice such as white rice and sushi rice. With their own default cooking time. I look forward to making cereal, using the sauté feature and much more. I would highly recommend the multi cooker .

One Pot Cooking

I received the multi cooker about a month ago and have used it several times. I cooked about a cup of rice and it was really fluffy. It is so easy since the cooker turns to warm automatically when rice is done and keeps it fresh. I liked being able to sear ground beef, adding other ingredients to make chili and then turning the pot to simmer. Simmer mode is great for adding flavor to soup. Minimal instructions came with the pot so it took me some time to learn how to use it. I really wish a cookbook for the multi cooker had been included because I am having to guess how to use it.

Really sweet multi-pot!

I put this little gem to use, and it is exceptional. Cooks great rice, sautes, sears, steams, simmers and slow cooks like a crock pot. The nonstick inner liner is super easy to clean, just remember to use nylon or wood utensils! The rice measuring cup helps control water-to-rice ratio, though I found I need to add a little more water than what is called for. The cord is very short, so needs to be close to an outlet. Also, no need to turn the pressure vent on and off like some models of instant pots. I am very pleased with this kitchen essential.
