Broken case

The case arrived broken. I won't have enough time to exchange it or return it before Thanksgiving so I will be stuck with it.

Shipping Label On Item

I ordered this as a gift and they literally slapped a shipping label on the box the item came in. Now how am I supposed to give this to someone with a shipping label on it? Very disappointed! Do better Macys!!!!
