Wish I could review the product. Since the package was not delivered, this is a review of Macy’s. Dealing with AI customer service is an exercise in futility. This is my second week after UPS acknowledged the package is lost once reaching my city. After finally being connected to heavily accented humans, I am told I have to wait 3 more days for a refund which will take 7-10 days. So long, Macy’s. Life is too short to deal with you.
