Great performing pan

Upgraded from using Hexclad. I really love the finish and feel of this pan compared to our old Hexclad. Though it’s not completely non-stick, it is very easy to clean. Not having to worry about crap flaking off or leaching into your food is a huge selling point. I was skeptical about using the cleaning compound, but it actually works very easily and makes the pan look like new!
