Bad Product

The product was broken on arrival. As many have said in other reviews, the neck massage pillow travels once turned off on its own and in doing so it essentially destroys itself. The only way to stop it is to unplug it. The gears inside that move the pillow stripped instantly rendering it useless unless you’re looking for a noise maker. I’ve asked for a return label and cannot get a response.

Neck massager great. Back massager not.Returned it

It's okay-the neck massager works great, I wish I could keep just that part. The back massage has a lot to be desired. I usually get the gel massager, but they didn't have it and I decided to treat myself. The back massage just isn't strong enough through the material, which isn't a problem for me when the material is the mesh instead. The main reason I returned it is I really use the "spot massage" feature of my back massagers. The spot massage on this one is really weird. Instead of doing a full rotation, it goes half way, pauses, then goes back the other way. The half motion is so weird and it doesn't even feel good

Could be better.

Could be perfect if there was a switch to stop the reversing. Just when you get positioned just right, and you’re working a knot, it reverses and then you have to wait until it changes again. Another thing is, why does it drive all over upon startup? Please make one with a selectable direction.

Long time customer says 5 Stars!

I have been using Homedics back massage units practically every day for years. This is easily the best product they have made in this category. It's designed well, and it's the first one I haven't had to use pillows with to optimize the location of the massage points (I'm 6'4"). I don't know how long it will last (this is "Brad 5" and new) but Homedics has always been great at honoring their warranties and I use them hard. It's also quieter and has a better ergonomic design that predecessors. Highly recommended!

Amazing

I bought this two months ago after someone on Instagram recommended it, and it is AMAZING. Seriously better than most human massages I have had, and the best part is I can use it every day. It is definitely helping with my back, hip, and shoulder problems.
