Unstable, Food stuck on the bottom

After oiling, wiping down, and oiling again, the food stuck solidly to the base of this wok. It was unstable on my stove. I will return it asap. This was not a good purchase. I am now suspicious of the products from Joyce Chen's line.

Great price

Very nice and great price, but too large for just 2 people. Sad to return it.

No good.

I used the wok for the 1st time 4/17/21 and it stained, smelled like metal. I tried washing , scubing and Boling in hot water. Nothing helped to clean it. It look like a piece of rusted metal now. Waste of money and time.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WOK

Worst Wok Ever Made! The inside of this wok stained terribly after 1 use. My husband and I both tried getting the stains out with old fashion elbow grease with no success. I used the wok 1 more time and this time, not only did the food have a metallic taste to it, the staining turned to a rust color. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I’ve reached out to Macy’s customer service, hopefully I can get my money back.

Patina came off after first use

Wok's patina came off after first use. After rinsing, it started to smell bad. The bamboo wok spatula that came with this product is of very poor quality and started to splinter.

Need refund back for cheap slow poison product

Please see pictures and tell me how can you sell this product???? It got rusty after one cooking, when I was cooking I was able smell burning smell and I immediately stopped using it. It’s slow poison for human body and I cannot imagine Macy’s is selling this kind of cheap product. I NEED MY REFUND ASAP

Do not buy

I only used it 1 time and it got rusted. I wrote a review even sent the picture but they never posted it

Unseasoned, will rust after every use

I so wanted to love this after using non stick woks for years but I can't. Even after seasoning it with oil (absolutely no instruction on how to do this included, googled it) which I had to do as it rusted after first use, it continues to rust. I am giving up and returning to the non stick variety. DO NOT BUY!
