best buy ever

We sleep like babies on this bed. Very satisfied. We were tired of buying the same old normal brand bed that was only great for a few months. So we took a chance and couldn't be happier.

hotel luxary firm

it's softer then I expected. Luxury firm is supposed to feel firmer and support more. I sink (my buttocks)too far into the mattress. I'll give it 30 days before I decide.

Returns are expensive

Aireloom is a high quality, luxury mattress. we only wish our sales agent had more time discussing which firmness met our needs. It’s way too firm for both me and my husband. We were surprised the restocking fee was so high, especially for an exchange. it would be the same 15% if the second mattress wasn’t comfortable. It’s not worth the restocking expense so we decided to buy elsewhere..

Foam top is wonky

The foam on the top gets all smashed down when I sleep. When I get out of bed it looks 10 years old. 30 mins later it looks like a new mattress and the foam comes back to its original shape. Had them come look at it wondering if it is a manufacturer defect with foam. They sent someone out and I looked like an idiot trying to get them to replace it. Overall it is comfortable and I like a firm mattress anyway, so I will have to live with it. I think your money is better spent in another brand

Painless purchase!!!

This mattress is amazing! Firm but luxusious!!! Feel like you are sleeping on a cloud! Very well constructed, beautifully . Feels like you are sleeping in the most elegant hotel!!! Bob our sales clerk was so knowledgeable and helpful. Very kind too! It was so painless to make this purchase with his help!

Bad purchase

They price tag doesn't match the quality. I regret making this purchase but I guess I'll learn from my mistake.
