Bad delivery

That was the worst delivery I ever received unprofessionally disrespectful and just stupidity left my heavy furniture delivery in front of my building blocked the entrance without calling to confirm the delivery earlier two days. The delivery should include assembly to. And now I got stuck with this aggregation don’t know what to do.
