don't buy brown

Bought this couch back in March 2020 and it just got delivered. (End of August 2020) it was out of stock but it was so worth the wait. It was like 75% off at the time. Tried it in store and loved it! super comfy, easy to clean, fabric is so soft, and when you sit down it's like a pillow literally but still hard enough to upkeep. I would not buy this couch in brown because it's not as light as the picture so u might as well get grey but overall this couch is worth it!

Very Disappointed

The store set was very comfortable however the set I received is hard and uncomfortable to the point of hurting my back - particularly disappointed with the power recliner. Maybe I need a few hundred people to come by and sit on my couch. I already gave away my old comfortable furniture (was just outdated) so I'm stuck with this. The only good part of this purchase is good warranty (wasn't free).

Very disappointed

Let me start with, I love these couches. However, I've had them for 1 week, and one of the recliners' headrest is already ripped. I have no kids, and only myself and my boyfriend sit on these couches. We are both extremely cautious. You would think for the price these would be better made. Will be contacting Macy's tomorrow. Updates to come...

Beautiful sectional

I did order this unseen because it was on a great sale after Christmas. It is a little stiff and needs breaking in but it’s sturdy and looks great. The fabric is soooo soft ! We just got it a week ago so far so good !!!

Broken twice so far😩

Okay I love the fabric and the style. Buyer beware that my electric motor on the recliner has gone out twice and each time it takes months to get the part. I have the extended warranty. Looking back I should have gotten the manual version if they had one or a different set altogether. Not very happy. Did I state it takes months😩
