Disappointed

I ordered the cream colored boot in a size 7 because I tried the same boot on just a different color in the mall that same day. The 7 in the mall fit, but these cream boots were too small. I also ordered the double zip snake skin boots in a size 7 the same exact day. Those boots fit the same as the boots I tried on in the mall. How can a boot be the same brand, same design, same size but fit completely different? And they are final sale so now my money is wasted.
