Decent but a bit disappointed

I've liked this brand for leggings, but this pair is a bit disappointing. I don't know if it's the fabric or what, but they need about an extra inch to make it high waisted. I am 5' 7. These leggings do not stay put around the waist. If I add a shirt tucked in it helps. A little loose around the knee.

Could be better

I'm a size 4-6 pants, so I ordered a small. The fabric wasn't very stretchy but there were weird ripples in the crotch area. These pants are made for woman with larger hips, I think. Could have gotten the same quality from Costco for half the price. Would be nice if they came with pockets.
