Broke after 3rd used.

Broke after 3rd use. Would not spin anymore. Does not taste like cold brew.

Instant Pot Cold Brew Maker

So far, so good. I've had the cold brew for a week. I use it for iced tea. It appears to be working great. Tea tastes amazing.

Typically a good company, bad experience

I own and use regularly many Instant brand appliances (two Instant Pots, an Ace Blender, an Omni Oven, two air purifiers, a milk frother, and an Instant Solo Single-Serve Coffee Maker); and this is the only one that has given me any problems. For the first month, it worked beautifully. Then, every time I used it, it worked well for three-four minutes and then stopped because the timer reset itself to zero. I still use the carafe and filter to make cold brew overnight, but I could do that with a much less expensive appliance. After waiting for more than a week for a response from this company's customer service department, I was asked to send photos of the product and a detailed description of the issue. Their response was discomfiting, to say the least: I was treated as if I were trying to trick them into sending me a new unit. Never have I experienced such a response from a customer service department. I love this company, but I am not a fan of their representatives.
