Nice prep set

This is such a great Prep set. Prep knives are ideal for slicing, chopping fruit, veggies. A smaller blade and not as daunting in size, the Prep is still capable of doing the work of a bigger blade. With the set you get a straight edge Prep and serrated utility blade, both types you need in a kitchen. The handles have a nice contour to them for maximum comfort.

Practical Prep Set

This 5.5" prep knife and 5" serrated utility knife make for a practical prep set. The serrated blade is ideal for cutting items with a firm exterior and soft inside, like tomatoes and citrus fruit. The prep knife can be used for small to medium food items and the wide heel of blade makes it easy to use on the cutting board. nice set

Good combintion of knives which includes an additional ulility knife. Great size and shape for slicing medium sized fruits and vegetables. Forgerd Accent- Durable and sharp knives which are made to last! I like the full bolster which is the perfect resting spot for a safe grip. Nice silver cap detail. These are well balanced knives. Contoured three riveted handle is comfortable to hold.
