Love the Width

This knife is made from German Steel and designed by Christopher Kimball. He knows what works in a knife design - you can turn this one over (blade edge up) and use it as a food scrapper, no interrupting your work with this knife.

Give this knife a chance.

The quality of this knife shouldn't be a question. High quality German steel and made in Spain in Zwilling factories. The shape and the size are a bit of a head scratcher. A cross between a traditional chef's and a santoku, it has width and stability and is an excellent chopping knife. Te arc of the blade is relatively gentle, facilitating a long rocking stroke which can be good for things like basil. The integrated bolster is a nice transition between blade and handle, and the triple riveted slightly sculpted handle fits a wide range of hands.

Its boasts a precision, fine-edge blade that is honed for long-lasting sharpness. Classic knife is made of high Quality German Stainless Steel, single-piece precision forged blade. This paring knife is my lunch box knife, it's easy to pack and go.

Great paring knife

This little parer is great to have. I don’t use this type of blade much, so I didn’t need a premium costly blade. You can feel that this is a really durable blade, and it really does a nice job peeling any fruits or potatoes.

What a deal!

Great forged paring knife for an amazing price. The length and handle are really comfortable in the hand. The tip comes to a point which is helpful when removing stems or blemishes. I would recommend this to anyone.
